When the bay fan turns on…  it’s time to start heading in!
We're gonna need a bigger boat!

I paddled back to the ARW launch at 3 that day with the wind behind me making for a most technical paddle back that I've had in a long time.  Tall and sloppy chop from all sides.  I could not decide if paddling slower was less efficient than digging deep and punching through the slop with the stealth.  I honestly think she did better faster than when overly cautious.  Still, if not wise, one could over paddle at the wrong timing on the wrong side and cause a “whoop”…don’t do that, I said to myself about 5 times heading in with cross slop and sheep appearing everywhere…phew…again, thought about Mr X training when he went out at HMB in less than ideal, by far, conditions that made my little adventure lacking in comparison. :smt006
