And to think i was throwing them back.

I rarely post food pics because I am nowhere near as gifted as some of you all but had a little free time today with some left over chicken breasts.

These were the real deal chicken nuggets. I sliced the breasts into 3/4 slices and tenderized down to about 1/2 inch or slightly smaller.

Put together a thin batter. 1 egg , milk,lemon pepper, flour, rosemary,salt and pepper. Was pretty generous with the lemon pepper. Sorry but I didn't do any measurements.

Light fry in the pan with olive oil.

They came out so moist and tender. Great little appetizer and way to get my head out of the late winter threads my head has been stuck in.

Tenderizing the chicken breasts and making them to a uniform thickness made it so easy to cook .

Well looks like its a wrap for commercial guys. April 15th

The bad is that they are throwing around the idea of ropeless traps again that are highly expensive .If it makes its way to us sporties.

"Catherine Kilduff, a senior attorney at the Center for Biological Diversity, a conservation nonprofit concerned with ocean health, strongly recommended that ropeless fishing gear become the standard for the industry."

General Talk / WATER LEVELS

Was checking water levels for some of the lakes. Even though we are at great levels and above Historical averages, groundwater is just above 60% and some wells still empty according to this article.

Not familiar with what run off or saturation will do to improve this but thought I would throw this out there for people who are knowledgeable in this area.
