For Sale / Hobie Pro Angler 14 for sale

Getting too feeble to use it. So, I have got to let 'er go.

It's in excellent shape. Just took it to Wind Toys to have John make sure, but, it's perfect.

I'd like to get 2800 for it. But, make me some offers, I'll entertain them.

Some of you know - I used my Crestliner more than my kayak, so, it's been gently used, and NEVER has been anywhere NEAR SALT WATER. And, except for nights away, has always been kept in my garage.

I have two down riggers for it. And a GPS Fishfinder, only used a few times since I got this one. Had one without GPS before.

Any questions - please contact me. 707 481 3336 .. or on here.

Thanks for looking.

You should have seen all the kayaks on that lake. Must have been 50 to 75 of them.
Pretty exciting fishing.
Alas - no camera - yet. Don't want to take my Canon 5D out there, I'm still a bit wobbly.

Threw out a Little Cleo in a Rainbow pattern for a few fish, then, a Firetiger pattern for
a few more.

Two of us fishing - 6 hours one day - 2 hours the next.

54 Rainbows - most were stocker sized - about 10-14 inches.  10 were over 4 pounds.
All but 5 made it back to the water safely.  I was picked up by an Osprey as soon as
I let it go.  Made the mistake of staying on the surface a bit too long.

4 of the 5 pounders went back to the resort for the girlz at the front desk.  They took
care of us pretty good while we were there.

My buddy was dragging a broken back rapala in rainbow pattern, and a smaller one in
firetiger.  He switched to a nightcrawler on the 2 hour trip and picked up two of the
bigger fish of the weekend.

There had to be 20 Osprey working the lake at one time.  Most were young and were
not very successful in catching fish.  We watched one come down and get a nice 12-14
inch fish - and then - the guy in the boat next to us was yelling.  It seems it came
down and took his fish - lure and all.

One Osprey made the mistake of getting a fish taloned just a bit too big.  Took him a
minute to free himself, made a heck of a ruckus on the water, but, got back in the
air just a bit shaken up.  Drama.  The stuff National Geographic is made of.

Okay .. sorry for the long post, but, I'm still a bit jazzed by the nice lake and the fishing.
