Paradise Cove 12/09

Hey guys, wanted to try the bay one more time for halibut before winter really sets in.  Made it on water by 8:15 right after the park  opened and  trolled frozenherring straight out from the pier.  I got my first and only bite right around tide change at 8:30.  Off the water by 11:30 with one 30” fish.

Right on, nice work. Winter halibut can be tricky for sure!

Well timed! Tides, wind and solar lunar looked prime for that period this morning on the bay. Thanks for da report and picture!
