Went out to muir on Saturday and picked up 8.  Dropped 2 rings just outside the cove. Baited with squid and sardines. Fun day at the beach.

Trying to get a few friends together for a possible crab trip at muir.

General Talk / Re: Sleep Apnea. Does anyone here have it?

I had sleep apnea two years ago and dropping the pounds got rid of it.  Started eating right and daily exercise.  Went from 250 to 175 in 11 months.  Feels like I'm getting younger now.

I'm new to the forum too.  I'm in Tara Hills and usually launch kayak and boat out of Richmond.

Hello norcal kayak angler,

My name is Terry and new to this forum. I own a 21' center console, but also enjoy taking my kayak out of Richmond.  Sometimes simple is the best!  New to kayak fishing and hope to learn new tricks on rigging a kayak.

Thanks,

Terry
