It would be great to have these filled out in advance of events...
The other hope is we will be having ya all in the future, be able to take vets out one on one to different locations. This will be a easy way to get the HOW forms you would need for your outing to be covered insurance wise and keep records of the outings...

So we bring them to the event or send them in somewhere ?

and then I get to hold on to them for 5 years…
If we do get a Vet services to attend this event, we can also send these to them to filled out in advance…
but all volunteers will still need to sign both waivers… we really need for these waivers to be just one page, but there ya are and where we are...
