SharkShield Issues

Sent my SharkShield in to be diagnosed and repaired about a month ago and have heard nothing back. Yesterday I see a post on their site about reorganizing the company! I have posted to their office and left messages but no response yet. Anybody have more current info on what is going on?

Oh man, I just ordered one on Monday... what're the odds their new entity warranties it...

3rd party... hasn't shipped yet, so I'm furiously trying to cancel the order...

Call the credit card see if they can stop payment or reimburse you

I bought mine from marin dive center in San Rafael, you could call them and ask, or maybe another dive shop that sells them, hope all works out, I have two units, for freediving and scuba, I'd hate to see they can't be repaired, R.

I sent mine in for warranty exchange a couple years ago.  Service was very slow, but if did eventually arrive.

I sent mine in last week, no response yet……

Anyone have any info on what's going on with OceanGuardian?
