Not being paid or anything but had a problem with kayak storage a while back so just though I would share.  I accidentally stumbled about it on CL and hey, might as well check it... looks good.  So this is for anyone in Alameda area that has a problem with kayak storage.  Way cheaper than renting a storage space.  $60 per month with kayaks up to 20'.  More details here.

Selling the extra yak that the Mrs. is not gonna use.  This was my first  yak,  has been used a lot.  Looks good and still floats.  Has scratches from dragging on the beach.  Asking is $375,  all you see on the yak.  Pick up at Alameda.  Thanks!

This is gonna be my first time taking the kids and the wife crabbing.  Was planning going early morning in Pacifica pier and set my a hoop net and a snare.  What is the best bait to use & is there any law or something that I should know?

Also bringing some ghost shrimp ( missed the low tide so only kept 8. 3 dead and 5 alive, most have to let go because they are tiny.) in case the crabbing sucks.

If that doesn’t work, I’m eyeing HMB.

So any suggestion for the first time adventurer?

Just had to let go of this beauty as my landlord is being a dick and told me that I can’t store it in the garage -_-!. I’ll have the pictures to follow.

The bad: bottom scratches from dragging on and off the beach.  A scratch on the starboard due hitting a rock (no leaks, just aesthetic)

The good:  Pedal is well maintained and can go 5mph with no problems.  No Leaks.  Garage stored and covered.  Rinsed/cleaned after every use.

Will let go for $1,800 pick up at Alameda.  Near the beach, so you can test it out before buying. Also willing for trade for a shorter pedal kayak (radar 11.5 is looking nice) so that I can shove it inside the apartment.

I’ve been bottom trolling my ass off for a few weeks but no luck but I did get a lot of exercise.   Skunfest!  The only thing I caught in Alameda when I started kayak fishing is a smelt, a big one though. 

My cousin is visiting next week and I want to introduce sport fishing to him.  Any pros here with a tip or two?

I found some used, some comes with extra goodies.  Only thing that will be new from that list would be the Slayer LT.  I know the common theme here is  demo demo demo but not sure where to demo those yaks.  Any thoughs?
