I got this idea awhile back.  It might be good for laughs. Smallest legal fish caught on hook and line wins.  Catch and release with aerated live-well required.  BBQ and beer required.  Sunrise to ?  Area:  NorCal - somewhere nice.  Date?

I've heard of a smallest legal fish in a normal tourney category but purposely targeting small fish???????????

Winner gets a "small" prize.  Instead of weight, we can measure it in inches or millimeters. :smt003
