Pic 1 = I want to install the transducer just proximal of the front hatch opening, just in case I ever want to use the plastic front hatch insert that came with the yak.
Pic 2 = I want the battery in a battery box w/quick disconnect under the tankwell hatch. Wires glue-gunned to the inside of the yak, out of the way.
Pic 3 = Going to install 6" track here for dual RAM tubes to hold net, whacker, whatever.

With bazooka. Sorry my kayak is dirty as fuck and still has YT blood on it from 2 years ago.

I usually put two bazooka tubes behind the seat, just for rod/gaff/net storage.

Make for a great place to store the beater/and or gaff.

I also threw a couple of straps in the inside of the pod to secure a dry bag.

And here's the FF with Pelican case.

The transducer is in a foam water bath and the battery is in the back behind one of the seat pillars.
