Introductions / Re: Hello from Redding!

Thanks for the invite, Codzilla, but I am unfortunately busy for the next 8 weekends.  My life is not my own right now, ha!

Besides, I need to start getting all the safety gear that I have been reading about in the other threads.  I knew that ocean fishing could be dangerous--just didn't realize how I should be equipped!

Introductions / Hello from Redding!
« on: August 05, 2014, 03:05:01 AM »
Hello Everyone!  I'm located in Redding where I spend the majority of my yaking on Whiskeytown Lake--for sailing and trolling for trout/kokanee salmon.  Bass fishing at Shasta Lake, but still really consider my self a novice.  I really want to make a trip to the coast and fish Eureka/Arcata/Trinity eventually.   :smt005 :smt005 I am excited to learn from this website and to meet other fellow yak enthusiasts!
