Could still be arguably vague? My descender is readily but I just have to attach it  :smt044 :smt044

Thanks for the report.

A friend got a verbal about a having a descender but wasn't readily available, meaning not attached to a rod.
I don't recall anything in writing saying that we need to have a dedicated rod for descending purpose.

If I really wanted to fish there I would consider dropping the kayak off the pier with some ropes onto the sand and launch @ usual spot  :smt003
Carry the rest gear down.
Parking wise it's still the same.

I picked one of these up. I know nothing about sounders. What battery you all recommend? Nocqua 10ah? What's best?

I can run this unit on full brightness for 2 full fishing days on one charge with the Nocqua 10AH. Its been a great combo for me.

What's your average 2 day session? Mine doesn't last two 7 hour sessions. Maybe 1 1/2.
