Didn't like the flexibility with the stock Garmin mount.. So, I found some parts and did a few mods and now have a firm, stiff  but flexible Gooseneck fishfinder mount.  In the Pix I show how to avoid having to buy a second Garmin mount ($30+) to hack up to do this.
