Hello to all My friends on NCKA!

HELLO....... HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY FRIENDS ON NCKA   

I just wanted to give an update on how my fight is going with my lovely cancer! I am starting to gain some ground doing the chemo thing.....which is a lot of fun but if your smart you don't what to try it. I am keeping my spirits high and fighting the fight and I except bye spring I will be fishing for WSB in La Jolla right now they catching those nice home guard Yellowtail in the 20 plus range when the conditions permit. I was truly planning on being ready to go bye this time but with the cancer spreading to lungs that became a bit of a set back but again I WILL RISE! I WILL RISE! I WILL RISE!. I would like to thank everyone for there continue help, support and positive thoughts you have all made this journey in my life that much easier.

 NOW FOR 20007.......MAY EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT YEAR AND LOTS TIGHT LINES AND STORIES TO GO WITH IT

MAY YOU ALL LIVE LIFE TO FULLEST EVERYDAY!

Truly an inspiraton Chef! We're all behind you and those YT's are quaking in the kelp already! 

I'm off to Seattle so may not get to meet you for a while but the welcome mat is wide open whenever you want to harrass some Salmon.

We have never met but inspiration is a word that others have used and it best represents your effect on me.  I wish you the best and hope that we are able to fish together one day soon.  My best friend lives in SD and If I find my way down there to visit I will denfinately ping you for a fishing trip since I was never able to chatch pu with you in Monterey.  Keep up the great attitude.  You are truly an inspiration.
