NCKA KAYAK CRABFEST @ HALF MOON BAY 4/24/10

If you like crab, don't miss this first-ever event which is guaranteed to be a great time THANKS to the Half Moon Bay Kayak Co. and Promar / Ahi USA.

We need a good headcount for lunch and registration bags, so please post here if you plan to attend. Also, note if you will be camping on Friday night.

Registration Fee:  $30 (please bring exact change)
* Includes Free Promar canvas bag and crab gauge
* Includes Saturday lunch with crab, clam chowder, french bread, drinks, etc.
* Includes free car camping Friday night in the HMB Kayak Co. parking

6:00 AM - Registration Opens
7:00 AM - Derby Start Time
12:00 PM - Weigh-in Deadline
12:30 PM - Crab feed w/ donated crab
1:30 PM - Awards Ceremony & Raffle
 
-  1st Place for heaviest 3 Dungeness crab total
-  Special Prize for single heaviest Rock Crab
-  Grand Prize Package provided by Promar Nets / Ahi USA
-  Maximum of 4 traps or rings per person
-  Kayaks only.  No motors allowed.

I have family in town so I may only be able to make the event (no camping or lunch). Chuck, I assume I need to pay just to fish the event.
