How about this wed, I would say Tues, but you will need a day to clean all your fish from Mon. Anyway, Wed, howabout we load are yaks on your ride, leave mine at ARW, launch Berkeley, do the pier, then work over that reef 150 yards south west of the B.B. east anchorage. From there, let the wind take us down the wall. Off the H20 1600 ish. Unless I am completely mistaken, the traffic both too and from  Berkeley should be horrific in the late afternoon, so the man with the heaviest fish, bass, or flattie buys dinner. With luck this trip should leave you both worthless and weak for work that night. My since is that your rig can haul 3 too 4 yaks, so if one or two additional bass and flattie hunters want to join in our happy horse sh!t, we should be able to persuade said angler, someone with all the skill and tenacity of say a, "Danglen", "Sharky", or "Northern Boy",  to sit on there ass, drink beer, and babysit our yaks, while we go pick up your ride.

Yah its going to be a recon for the weekend. With all the action going on in ARW, Oyster, & Marin side I figure Berkeley is getting lonely.

I was thinking about hitting up Berkeley/Southampton soon myself. I can't make it on a week day, but if the winds are down this weekend I am considering a launch out of Point Richmond. I'll be anxiously waiting for the results of your recon!

I just called the Berkeley Marina Bait shop.  They should have live anchovies in their bait receivers beginning this weekend.  After that it's.... GAME ON!

Get together with a few buddies and split a scoop, it's well worth it.  If you get the bigger chovies, it's worth it to salt and freeze the leftovers.  Sometimes it's even better than expensive tray bait.

Definitely the way to go. Been saving up a few "to go" trays just for freezing bait!

If Berkeley recon goes well Wed & Fri. I will most likely be back there Sat.

Just like ChuckE said let's get together and split a scoop of bait. 1 boat scoop should be good for 4 or 5 people.

Need a change of scenery been to ARW  6 times in the last week & 1/2.

Danglin.  Oh, note the date, as the name seems to appear to be spelled OK.
Ariel, ditto, plus, speaking of dinner, I'd love to park at that little sushi bar on the corner of Solano & SanPablo in Albany. Great owner, top sushi chefs, they like to drink, party, git down, create roles an what not, plus there is there undying interest in very fresh fish. If I get the big fish we go there. Doors open at 8pm, we knock any time after 6.
