First pix is Scallen's unfinished half pipe.

Second pix is the half pipe 99.9 percent finished with masonite installed.

Third, fourth, fifth pix is JTF flashing his skateboarding skill.

BTW, Scallen did a terrific job of setting up the basic structure. JTF made installing the masonite look like a cakewalk.

Is tat pool coping? Looks sweet! Sorry I had to flake yesterday guys. 2 kids, pre-mom day insanity plus illness killed it. Can't wait to ride it though.

Yes, Howard and John are Max's new favored deities.

We have to finish off all the screws, but the hard part is done thanks to the charity of my NCKA brothers.

Kind of like an old time barn raising, except instead of chicken dumplings and cherry cobbler, these guys were fueled with pizza, red bull and fat tire ale.

They both put in hours of work, I'm so grateful

My wife is happy too, now Max will be able to bleed off energy right in the back yard.

We have some safety improvement/fixes still to come, but Max is getting some limited roll time in already.

I will post some pix later after downloads.

(how about JTF, off the coping.  This guy can skate!)

Again, Thanks John and Howard, you guys rock!!!  Really good tospend the time with you both as well, and forge the bonds closer.

Allen

Bill:

the coping is pvc, we will replace it with galvie pipe soon.  here's afew pix from yesterday and this am:

Deity? I hope not. Just trying to help out with friends in need.  The effort was worth it just to see Max and John do their things. I expect to see Max in the X Games eventually. If you need any more help, just say the word. I'll put the rest of the pictures in the mail for you and John.

Sorry, John. Besides being SLOW, I forgot which one it was and packaged a CD to send to you and Max tomorrow.
