The Park and Marina office hours for Coyote Point are listed as 8AM. Does anyone know if you can use the launch ramp earlier than this?

I’m not sure. You can launch for free anytime of day or night from the beach just to the west:

I usually just go to oyster point.
Wanted to buy: Stealth ProFisha 575 or 525

I'll look into that. I want to paddle/peddle out to San Bruno Shoals for Butts. Slack tide is at ~9AM so I want to go out with the tide and back with the incoming. It's 3.5 miles out.

Whatcha doing tomorrow? lol

I emailed the harbor master and he responded.

"You can pay your entrance fee at the pay station entering the park. The road is not blocked at 6am.
For a kayak you do not need to pay the launch fee – just the park entrance fee of $6.00.
Mark"

Glad to hear they just charge for parking and you can go in earlier.

I have both kids with me tomorrow, so I think we'll be messing about close to shore at Oyster Point. Heading to San Bruno Shoal sounds like a fun adventure though.
