That happened last Thursday just a few miles south of Depoe Bay, OR on HWY 101.    The Oregon Rockfish Classic (NWKA's largest tournament) was held on Saturday in Depoe Bay and many of us were effected by closed highway while driving to the event on Thursday afternoon.

The photos are pretty impressive.

It was totally gross. We
Went by maybe 5 hours after to look for bait but it had already been collected.
