Hi there.

Looking for a good/very good condition, low-hour, 4-stroke, tiller, short-shaft, electric start or pull, outboard (e.g. Tohatsu, Honda) to put on a Livingston 12. Anybody have one that they want to move along?

Let me know!

I have a Nissan marine outboard 9.8 short shaft. 4stroke tiller with a pull cord start. Very low hours. Bought sometime in 2014. Used on my portabote for close coastal fishing 2-3x a year with the wife.

Yes. 9.8hp at ~85lb is a little too heavy to lug around. 6hp should be adequate for my type of fishing

To be honest, I still need to look it up. Never sold a used outboard before, so I don't know their depreciation value.
