Launched with Ed / Sudmucker at 10:oo from Pinole Park/end of Tennent(pinole valley rd.)Paddled/trolled south-out 2mi.,rat-L-traps and shallow runners,then back towards put-in,along the shore,plugging for NOT! (2:oopm). Saw a few on the FF,saw some caught from shore/bullhds. :smt013 Should have paddled north towards Carquinez Str. instead,heard stripers were there hitting lures! :smt010  Plan to do a after-work HUNT this work week and will report findings :smt002

Short distance from FREE lot to sandy-beach.Carry or wheels.*if 6ft.tide you can use public ramp to right/after X-ing RR tracks in creek.HIGH TIDE ONLY-LOTS OF VEGITATION IN CREEK@5ft. or less
Access to Pt.Pinole Pier area(south) to Hercules/Rodeo area(north)
Current can move fast@big tides.(we hit the TOP of tide:6.5ft@1:ooish) NO PROBLEMS
Less than 5min. from Hwy80/Pinole Vly.Rd exit.
