Good luck with that.

I don't see why carpet is standard in so many outdoorsy-type vehicles.  I'd much prefer truck bed liner treatment in cargo areas, with drains for EZ rinsing.

I would have lit the spare tire on fire.  A gallon of gas costs too much these days to be wasting like that.

The ironic thing about it is that I have the custom Husky liners throughout the vehicle.

We can take my car next time, because I really don't care if it smells like a squid.  I hope it wasn't my bait bucket that leaked...

If it does not work I have a little "machine" I used to use on stinky cars I bought at auction. I will loan it to you. You can't be in the room or car when it is running. Dangerous emissions. I used it a while back to get rid of some smell in cabinets I bought for the garage. One car I bought had a dead body smell, it almost got rid of that smell, almost. Still sold the car though. If you want to try it just let me know.

Once I did this to my wife's car while she was gone for a month. I was so scared she would have to drive it like that and want to kill me every time she drove her new Camry. I had it shampooed and fully detailed three times at Toyota and that did nothing as I was a manager.   My friend owns a pest controll business and uses a diatemateous earth filed bag to remove the smell of dead animals. Works even if you can't get to it to remove the body.  I'll get one from my friend and send it to you or give you the info where to buy them.

Ok just talked to my friend he's using a product called bac-a-zac he said 100% will get rid of any odor. A small spray bottle is twelve dollars. The other was mother earth odor bags. I can pic a bag up and send it free or he can get the bacazac.

Maybe I missed the answer to this, did the leak that caused all this grief and stench get fixed?

I think so.
Maybe it's in my mind, but my wife and sister-in-law used the vehicle and couldn't smell anything.
Thanks for the offers and suggestions guys.
Great ideas and I truly appreciate it.
