yup, the footage on the fishing boat was trippy but the kids cell phone movie seemed kinda fake.

The cell phone video looked fake... phones back then did not zoom and still have good quality. Hard to believe that they do exist.

Aw I missed this. Anyone know if Mermaid is going to be playing again or if I can watch it online? I like Mermaids, would like to know more about this.

Steph, I didn't see the discovery channel one, but I remember seeing one from Animal Planet a while back and found it on youtube.  Its got some chinese subtitles I think, but watchable.

Thanks for the link Smoke! Watched it and found it very interesting. Also  that whales came from wolves, pretty neat.

Did you also know that when were in the womb of our mothers we had gills, but they went away after two weeks? That was on a Nova documentary titled "In the Womb". Crazy.
