OK hunters... I know we have some varied country in our neck of the woods. But is there a general camo pattern that works best for nor cal? I have seen some posts saying Realtree Max 1 and others saying military multicam is good. I'd prefer to hear from guys that I know hunt locally. Pig and Turkey will be the ideal target but one can't rule out deer...

Hi Eric,
I have been happy with Cabelas Outfitter camo pattern. It works well in the trees and open country. I have seen pictures of the camo and am impressed with its ability to match different terrain. Other camo patterns tend to blob.
Max 1 and real tree works well too. It has more patterns in it but is still somewhat open. I stay away from mossy oak and such, they are too dark IMO.

I've found that hanging from the trees nude is a great camo when hunting up above U.C.S.C. :smt044
......blends in well with the other hippies
If you're more of a traditionalist then may I suggest tie-dye.

After watching the video I'm sold on ASAT.
