Hey guys was wondering what "Type/Style" anchor you use, where, and why that type for that area. Been using a 2.5# sledge hammer but thinking to get a legit anchor.

I use a 5lb grappling hook style. Digs into the mud good enough to hold me in place when I'm fishing on anchor in the delta.

I added about 1.5 feet of light chain to it.

I've just been using a 5# dive belt weight, It's only failed me a couple times when I found some really hard bottom in a relatively fast current in the delta. I think the way I have it tied on it actually digs into mud/sand.
