Demo Day & Grand Opening 5/20/12 (Hobie & Wilderness)

We will be having a demo day and our official grand opening at Adventure Sports @ Big Break Marina.  Hobie kayaks and Wilderness Systems kayak fleets will be there.  We will also have a drawing for prizes every hour on the hour.  Come down and try a Hobie or a Wilderness Systems yak. The new store will officially be open, come in and check it out.

This should be a great event.  If you have never peddled a Hobie, or are interested in trying any of the Wilderness kayaks come on out and give them a go.  The Big Break Marina is a great place to paddle, a lot of cool wildlife to checkout, not to mention some top notch fishing.

Just got the word from the Hobie rep that he will have some of his pro staffers at the demo day giving some seminars on rigging and fishing.  It is next weekend and the weather should be great.  Come down and get on a Hobie or a Wilderness kayak.

Will you guys have an Outback Angler there to demo?

Is there going to be a parking fee?

 And do you know what they charge for launching cartoppers?

Have not fished at big break from a yak yet.  Happy to know that there'll now be an awesome shop at the marina!!  Loaded up with the kids this weekend so can't make it out there for the demo day but wishing the shop good fortune and looking forward to the awesomeness to come!!!!

The demo day is free, no charge for trying the kayaks.  It is $10 to launch personal boats/kayaks, secured parking is included with the launch fee.  There is free parking available in the marina, and along  Big Break Rd that leads into the marina.  There will be outbacks available as well as other Hobie's.  As far as I know everything but the Pro Angler 12.  There will be deals on Wilderness kayaks to celebrate the grand opening.

I was in the area and stopped by just check out the store today, bad timing they were locked up, a guy at the Marina said they'd gone to deliver some boats. 

They're set'n up small bleachers for the seminar and stuffing the store with yaks, Manufactures trailers are there, ought to be a cool day.  Too bad I can't make the show but I'll stop by again some day soon.

If anyone is interested there will be a Hobie Adventure Island at the demo on Sunday available for use.  If you have never tried the Island it is a blast.  Come check it out.
