The 4th pic is turkey tail. Gee wonder why? It's said to increase one's imunity system. Tastes like crap tho. I didn't know the hawks were in season yet. How'd they taste? :smt005 I'm guessing close to spotted owls?

It was A great trip I think Joe and I hiked as much as about ten miles up and down the redwood forests. We walked along the big sur river in many different areas, even found A bunch of grow camps. The hawk was oddely very freshly dead... I ripped some musscles in my leg but its all good.... Cant wait to do again!!
