Kevin,Fred and Joel at Linda Mar - July 2004 (my catch that day was actually the smallest one -  I just had to "fishsniffer" it to make it look "worthy" :smt002)

Hey - Joel
Gee, how many salmons have you caught and showed off here? Next trip I'd better be next to you. :smt002
It seems unfair to others - you got more fish, but others did not.  :smt010

2004 at Linda Mar was a good year for me and for others who put in their time - but you have to realize that I have no WAF or GAF -  so I was able to fish every weekend and a some weekdays as well. (cause it was short drive to LM for me also). The hot bite in Linda was very easy and predictable because the bait fish were thick and most of the fish were caught with in the cove - and in shallow water. I remember mooching in 40 ft. of water and catching 'em 15 ft. below the yak :smt045 All the fish were caught between 30 to 60 ft. The best part of it was that you could either get 'em trolling or mooching.

I remember SteveS showing up one morning and he caught his limit within 15-20 minutes  (trolling)  :smt023 Chris/cpyak, Jeff Weaver and Rich/granitedive were the other guys who were "regulars" and caught their share of salmon as well.

I wish everyone else got to experience what we went through that year - it was EPIC  :smt045
