Here is a tool I took from work...I think it may work good for a line cutter in an emergency. I plan on attaching it to my vest...maybe have two close at hand. I like the long handle... compared to some shorter ones. The blade may rust fast in salty conditions like Baja, so maybe a coat of oil would prolong the life of the blade. Give it a try, Ron
