What knots does everyone use to join a braid base line to a mono topshot? Or even braid to leader if you run leaders long enough to spool.

I've been using the FG knot for a few years now and like it. Wouldn't want to tie it on the water though.

If I pre tie my leaders then I use the strongest and smallest knot, the FG.  Sometimes I tie the FG on the water but usually the Alberto.
