Hello all. Yes I知 about a 12 hr. drive from the coast but I like to read about others experiences and ideas. I have been paddling a Trident 13 the past few years and just upgraded to a Revo 13 thanks to an early Christmas present from my wife.

I doubt that I値l have much of a chance to get out on the water much this year as most of the lakes already have a hard top on them. I知 sure I値l be doing some California dreaming on the weekends sitting over a hole in the ice waiting for a fish to bite.

Mike

Thanks for the welcome guys. I live in the southeast part of the state, but do a lot of my fishing in northern Utah and western Wyoming. I got addicted to kokanee fishing over the last year and the better fishing closest to home is in those two areas.

I fished and hunted those areas when I was stationed in Idaho. Almost stayed there but no work to be had in the early 80's. Not until Micron came to be was when Idaho started to grow.

It was so nice to be able to get away at a moments notice and in about an hour find yourself lost in this wilderness area.
