Red Triangle, subsurface and other dive shops sell them.  The extra cost is usually if you want tuna clips and or swivels. 

I donÂ’t think I have a 50Â’ line but will go look. I donÂ’t have a kelp carrot either and just use a small crab buoy that I found for a couple dollars.
