:smt119 :smt104 Well.......Hmmmm....Well that says much about GWS behavior, I'm sure their still abit moody :smt013 :smt001,

I think " Frenchie " caught the Landlord on a good day, but those shots with open mouth,   Yowui!!!!

I just recently talked with a long time diver who kayakfishes off Stenson Point now and then.

He said he has seen them, but never felt he was in any danger.

" A couple came close but went on their way".......RESPECT      :shark   .....Danglin

This cannot be real. Probably just some computer work that stitches two videos together.
I don't believe it unless there is a story to go with it.

I am pretty sure it is real. This is not the first person I have seen video of freediving with Great Whites. I think last year on Discovery during shark week there was another guy who was freediving with them, well maybe it was the same guy I don't remember but it was a larger shark. Crazy as hell - I plan to do a Great White cage dive real soon but that is about the extent of what I currently feel comfortable with.

Looks real to me...even Hollywood blockbusters don't look 100% real...the truth is, predators aren't always hungry, so if you limit your interaction with them to times when their bellies are full, they probably won't attack...cool video.
May the fish be mighty and the seas be meek...

I totally agree with that...I'm pretty sure they fed this shark a whole cow before they entered the water.....hell, that's what I would do  :smt002

That shark was not only full but probably drugged. I would like to see him go for a swim around a tuna boat at Guadalupe island. He wouldnt last 10 minutes.

I saw that guy on TV recently, he said the trick to not getting eaten is to be aggressive with the sharks.  He swims AT them and pushes them when they get close, such boldness makes the shark think the guy's got some nasty ace up his sleeve like poisoned spines or something.  Of course to do that you have to see the shark first, which most attack victims don't.
