That is great customer service. The new reel should be here tomorrow, it will be fun to test it out.

Yakhopper, I see you are from Shelter Cove. I was up there a couple of years ago fishing out of a Zodiac. That is a great location with a lot of nice fishing action. You are lucky to have that in your front yard!

Wow! Living your dream...that's great. Enjoy your new "work" location, I think Shelter Cove is a great place.

Instead of a linecounter reel you could always use Power Pro
Metered line. I have some on a reel and a downrigger and I love it.
