DERBY SCHEDULE:

5:30 to 6am -- Mike will be opening his Oyster Point Bait Shop early for the derby.   If you are registering/paying tomorrow, please get there by 5:45am to pay Bill.  Exact change appreciated.

9:30am -- I'll be arriving to set-up the BBQ and Hobie Kayak demos with rep Tim Krane.  If you want to test paddle/pedal a new Hobie Adventure, Outback, or Quest... don't be shy.... come on down!  Demos will be available all day long.

11:30am - 12 noon -- The Red Bull girls will be arriving to give out free Red Bull.

12:00 noon -- All fish must be in an weigh at the bait shop's official scale.

12:30pm -- Awards & Raffle for Prizes


REMINDERS:

- Don't forget to bring a cable lock, so you can have some peace of mind as we have fun at the BBQ. (Right... Kayak James!!) 
- Please use the free parking in front of the windsurfer launch.  Don't use the parking reserved for cars with trailers.
- Just like all of our previous derbies.... sharks and rays don't qualify
- Official VHF radio channel will be ch. 69

Thank Mike at the bait shop.  He hooked us up.  He says they're hotties! 
I guess we fit into the "extreme sports" category.

Bob aka Lingster will be joining the derby also.

For some reason he has a log-in now and I still have to post for him.

So if we bring stuff for the BBQ can it be kept somewhere and chilled if need be?

Davey, I'll have a cooler if you want to bring stuff to BBQ.

FYI.... I went to Costco today to buy burgers, dogs, and chips for everyone.  To be fair to Mike and his bait shop, Bill and I thought we should encourage everyone to buy their drinks from the shop.

However, if you guys want to bring your own beer and sodas, that's totally cool!

I wanted to bring some tule lake horseradish and spicy mustard. Not much, just the right amount. Someone is going to have to point me in the right direction to the baitshop for the shinners and etc.

Perfect.... I only bought regular mustard.  I love spicy mustard!
