That kind of wind is pretty typical in the afternoon, early morning is generally ok though.

Bill is right.  That's why we made the 12 noon the weigh-in time.  Early on... early off.

By the way.... if any of you guys are worried about the wind, you might want to consider bringing an actual anchor (not a sea anchor).  It might allow you to fish the good spots more effectively.  I was gonna keep this suggestion to myself, but I''m on BBQ detail for Saturday. :chef:  :smt002
