Lodi Lake Wrap Up - June 18, 2016

Lodi Lake Park Wrap up, June 18 - First of all, thank you very much to The Headwaters Kayak Shop for allowing us use of the Headwaters Boat House at Lodi Lake, your kayaks and your crew for our participants.

Our final numbers showed a total of 47 veteran participants, 21 additional family and support members, and 32 volunteers, for a grand total of....100 people! This has historically been one of our larger events and we definitely needed all of the help from each of our volunteers to pull it off.

The fishing, as usual, was wonderful, the catching was only so/so, the paddling was amazing and the fun was off the hook. The food, of course, was the highlight of our show!

We here at NorCal HOW wish to thank everyone who joined us for our event!

Thanks to all of our volunteers, eelkram, Sarge, shoprat, piski, RR, raydon, TW, VK, scubaluis, Gecko, kayakjack and anyone else that I missed.  We made this one of our best events to date.

So sorry I missed this one. All our cars flopped then we had an emergency at the shop so I had to go in on Sat....  Next time.....

I had a great time thanks again for letting me be part of this great origination.
