That whole fish would fit in our industrial size rice steamer .. Eat the whole damn thing ... Black beans ,ginger , garlic  oh yeah ..not saying I'd keep it ..but I wouldn't fillet it ..

Including the eggs right???????? =)

In case it isn't super obvious for any body reading this, don't eat the cabezon roe.  It's not goot for you.  I know there's some reports in the archives about it, but therye toxic and you might feel like you are going to die if you eat them.
