Hey, I've been lurking for a while, figure it's time to join in.
I was just wondering if anyone knows when the Hallibut bite starts in Tomales Bay?
Thanks!

Usually early summer

Mojo, welcome. I live in chickentown too. Like Mike says early summer till late summer/ early fall. Warmer water will bring some sardines and mackerel in to the bay and then it can get interesting. Stay in touch. Craig. I work and live in Petaluma. Do you go to Petaluma sport and dive?

Thanks for the welcome and info.  I fished for and caught a couple late last summer.  Just wondering how early I could give it a try this year.  You know it, Petaluma Sport and Dive is all we have!
