 Heading out to SC tomorrow chasing salmon, gonna trying out the new downrigger set up on the AI. Any takers?

I hope it went well and I'm a PVC nut as well. I've had the pvc cement fail before so SS screws are great as a backup (1/4-1/2" screws at the connection points).

Thanks for the tips Hai, I used really high grade epoxy, but I understand your point with reenforcing the PVC at connection points. As for the DR it worked great I just need to add a rubber grommet to where the PVC meets the yak to protect it from vibration.
