Hi All,
Native is introducing a set of new accessories. While many of these are made by manufacturers, Native has worked with them to ensure they will fit on Native's boats.
Here they are:
- Native Transom Style Motor Mount - used to add any after market transom mount trolling motor to a Native propel kayak series. This mount fits into the thwart indentation. http://nativewatercraft.com/product/transom-style-motor-mount/
- Boonedox Landing Gear - these Boonedox carts are very popular for Native boats, as they are easy to retract and use to wheel your kayak down to the water. They do not come with sand style wheels though. http://nativewatercraft.com/product/boonedox-landing-gear/
- Native Power Pole Mount - these plastic mounts are designed to fit on the back of the SP13 and SP10 and used to mount a Power Pole Micro. http://nativewatercraft.com/product/power-pole-mount/
- Railblaza Stand N' Cast - this standup/lean bar is designed by Railblaza and is adjustable in width to fit all sorts of boats. They appear to be well designed and built and will be useful for those who like to stand up and fish. They will work for all Native kayaks. http://nativewatercraft.com/product/railblaza-stand-n-cast/
- Bill Blade Realtree Xtra Camo Hat - this baseball cap includes a blade with black sheath and a bottle opener attachment. These are attached magnetically to the cap. Could be useful to some people - please don't try to wear it through airport security though. http://nativewatercraft.com/product/bill-blade-realtree-camo-hat/
In addition, Native has a few other new accessories available, including a new propeller indexer which should help ensure the prop is aligned in the proper position to retrieve out of the drivewell. I have one of those on order and will report back to you about how well it works. All of their new accessories can be viewed on their website at http://www.nativewatercraft.com under the "gear' tab.
