Title: Car in the shop.. Land locked SF kayak fisherman! Help a brother on Sunday 7/17

I am out here in the inner sunset and ready to get warm again.... Is there sun anywhere? Come pick me and my yak up .... Prefer fresh water but I could go salt if needed.....
