Looks like missing front hatch. Doesnt mentioned if it include paddle. Considering old and neglected, you are better off taking time and wait for better deal.

That barn looks familiar, not sure,but I think it belongs to an old customer of mine.
If so, it is legit and someone is going to get a good deal.
If I was still in Fresno, I would own it today.
Hope someone closer is smart enough to jump on it.
