I bought a rod stand from Kastking and there were some issues with it.  I couldn’t get it together right and some hardware disappeared in my garage in the struggle.  Still missing a T-bolt...

I called the company - they asked what parts I needed and sent them out the next day.  The stuff got here pretty quick and the rack is standing watch in the garage as I type this.

Shit always happens.  It’s what happens after that - that matters.   Kastking did a good job.  I will absolutely buy from them again.

This reminds me of something that recently happened with an amazon vendor. I bought a wrist mount with swivel bracket for my gopro since my gun can't mount the gopro effectively for a good angle.

ITEM I PURCHASED: Makit 360 Degree Rotating Sports Camera Wrist Strap Hand Mount with Thumb Screw for Gopro hero 6/Gopro hero5

1st time in the water, i was trying to change the camera angle and the bracket popped off. I sent one email (before leaving a bad review - giving them a chance to remedy it) and they went above and beyond. Full refund of item, apology, and sent a brand new one out. Not a big deal about the <$15 item... but man does good customer support feel good!

Haha ThatÂ’s nice...!
I just got the Okuma rod racks from Tackle Warehouse two days ago.
Four screws were missing, so I called the Tackle Warehouse.
They told me to just take the screws to HomeDepot & get some.  He told me it only cost me a few bucks. I was so dumb found said “Okay”, & IÂ’m going to the HomeDepot today...

That seems like a BS reply.  A call to Okuma might be better. I’ve never bought from tackle warehouse and your story makes me a bit leery of trying them.

Kastking are a great company. They make cost effective gear that works. I have a few of their Reels and for the money, they're imo better than anything in that range. I've had two issues with their reels. Which they sorted out, no questions asked. I honestly think they're under rated but on the other hand over hyped by others.

Hahaha of course they’re metric, & they didn’t have exact size (little short or long)...
I just got the shorter ones, but of course different color...
