I'm looking for a couple of used cheap paddles for my Cobra triple. If you are in the Sacramento area and have some cheap paddles to get rid of send me a message.

There is/was a guy in Oakland that was purging his rental business and had some 60 fiberglass two piece paddles.  I think they were $30 each.  :smt003 I requested 3 of them as back ups and he said he would drop them by after the new year on his way through Sac.  He also had a bunch of tandem neckys he parted with for cheap too.  When I get back in touch with the guy I'll see what he has left if you or anyone is interested.

I searched and found that he never emailed back since I spoke to him over the phone to make sure I didn't miss the opportunity.  Idid however search a bit more and put out a feeler as I may have found him selling more of his fleet of yaks (don't get excited they are SIK's)  I hope it's him outerwise we are all up the creek without a paddle.  Unless he calls.  Sorry.

It does match my yak well. Though the paddle is deffinately stuck in the one piece mode. remember having a problem both putting it together and seperating it at the res.? I barely got it together at mendo, and it just hasn't come apart since. Though it isn't hard to cart around in one pice on the rack! :)

How about some tuna cord, a few newly poured leadheads (4 & 6oz for RF) and a Jackson?

Finally after checking my post-its, messages, voice mail, faxes, roledex and finally the secretary I have found the number.  I spoke with him and he's got a new set of used paddles but they went up in price to $40.  I sure it can be discussed.  They are still  the two piece fiberglass ones.  Manufacturer ?

The gentleman's name is Rich Tofte and his cell is 916-880-8808.  His shop is in Downtown Oakland at Jack London Square.  Sorry again for the delay, blame it on the secretary.

Damn GP, I'm going to have to start calling you "wall street" cause all you want to do is take my money.   :smt009

How about you give me two jacksons and a fin? I'll take the tuna cord and and the lead heads as a rental fee for previous usage :smt003
