Thanks ,,,

these work really well, counter clockwise twist and your good,,

not having to get the head out if comes un-lodged is a new one to me. The only reason I'm on antibiotics is because of my barbaric surgery trying to get it out which is, just like you,, what I thought you'er supposed to do. My presumption was I would be be put on antibiotics proactively just for the tick bites, but no, it was for the mutilation I did to myself trying to get the bug out,, Ug,,,    ...

 Numbaa Waaan,,

I kind of thought your "illiteracy,,," was kind of cute,,

now I think your fucking psychopath,,,  :smt096

For your safety and my own ,,,

Your not welcome in my company,,,

 Ciao   :smt006

Never crush a tick with your fingers.

I did not know this?  Why is that?  I have been crushing them with my fingers for years.

Bacteria ... if it does carry the bacteria that causes Lyme disease you just possibly contaminated yourself

Interesting.  I thought that Lyme was transmitted via bite.  I did not know you could contract it topically.

I keep one of these in each of my camp kits, fortunately haven't had to use them yet, but wanted to see if anybody's got any experience, positive or negative, with 'em.

Those work well. I used mine close to 30 times last year.

Damn!

I think at that point I might inquire about getting Advantix for myself!

The place I hunt and hike is insane with ticks. For whatever reason I’m a magnet for those things. Maybe it’s the beer oozing from my pores. I think I get most of em off my dog. I’ve got her on some tick meds, so they die when the ticks bite her, but even then I can’t keep up with them.
And yeah, I’ve thought about eating that pill myself.  :smt044
