Best Albion ever!!!!!! Albion open 2017 August 11,12,13

This was the best one yet. So much food. Fireworks. Puppies. Huge lingcod. The potluck was incredible. Thank you all for being a big part of our lives. I want to thank Alan and Andrea Lawson for dealing with the clothes. Victor and Erik for doing the raffle and providing us all with humor and hard work. Linelle for holding down the fort. It was all just perfect. Everyone had a hand n making this happen. Without all of you it would be nothing. It made my heart feel good to just take in all the happiness and good times. Thanks again everyone.

The tournament was dicey and we had one incident but it all turned out good.

Thanks again to all who registered and bought raffle tickets. A lot of money was poured into this years event but the Albion fire dept will get at least 3,500 +. Great job everyone. See you all next year!!!!

I didn't even fish, but cemented friendships, watched my boy have fun and learn and just had an amazing time.
I'll say it up front, the way the NCKA crew treats the ladies is top notch!  Amy has so much fun she cant wait for the next thing with the the crew

NCKA events are so great because it just seems everyone 'gets' me.  Ha!  My humor, my hobbies, interests, food, etc.  I'm usually a loner and don't get along all that well with people, especially family, but when I am at Albion with the NCKA crowd, everyone seems to get along and having a great time.  A great time of fellowship!  Thanks for hosting the event and a special thanks to Tote for telling me about it years ago and convincing me I'd fit in.

Indeed! What a great weekend, so happy you changed the format, no prize $ etc. It was great to hear people walking around saying I'm stuffed at the potluck. Albion rocks, only thing that could make it better is the return of Jedmo Nation!

The  Albion three egg sushi hand role. fresh salmon roe from the only king Salmon caught on game day, donated by Stephen. Thank you for that! And the fresh qual eggs from Pole Pole (Allen) urban bird farm and the store bought tobiko .  We were hoping for some fresh uni, but it was just not in good season.
