Landed a 100 lb mako a while back. The steaks were fantastic and I kept the head and fins for later mounting. After 2 years at the bottom of my chest freezer, i finally defrosted and started the jaw mount.

I'd love a shark jaw mount  or maybe the whole shark.  I caught a Marlin in Hawaii a few years ago.  I wanted to mount it but my wife wouldn't let me bring it back. So I cut the bill and tail off and brought them back.  I blew up a picture of my catch and mounted the bill and tail to the frame. Thankfully my wife let's me hang it in the living room.
