Sorry to hear fishing was tough. I always have trouble with baitcasters, especially when casting light weight gear into the wind. That's why I opted for spinning gear for perch. Give me a hallow if you wanna fish the SMC beaches next time. It's kinda relaxing to feel the pounding waves
