I am definately in. It might just be the first time I get to get out all year. I wouldn't miss this for anything. I will however be contacting Sean for a kayak cart before then.

I intend to be there.

Is it kosher to come paddling in straight from Humboldt?  With fish on board?...   :smt002

JK--it sounds like this rare spot Sean has us tapped into is as good as Humboldt.  Can't wait.

I would say carts are 100% required. I the JTF hauled his yak up and down without one but he is a real bad ass  :smt002 Joel and I had carts and it took us 20 minutes to get up the hill. It is a haul. Sand tires on the cart are important as well, from the end of the path to the launch is pretty loose sand.

I bare backed a stripped down scupper pro down the hill as Kathy couldn't carry her own kayak down. I would not try it with a heavier boat. Carts are good =)

Brian.... being from Lodi :cowboy_smoke:.....you should be able to borrow your neighbors water buffalo and strap a yakima on it and presto = You have a "kayak -hauler"

By the way, Kathy will not be allowed to participate on the raffle this year...she has been voted out by the entire NCKA board of directors....unanimously  :smt077
